SoftwareOutlet.com does not sell products at wholesale prices to end users.
We only sell/distribute products at wholesale pricing to companies with a valid Reseller/Business License selling computer hardware, peripherals, and/or software (subject to approval by SoftwareOutlet.com).

If you would like to become a reseller of SoftwareOutlet.com's wholesale division, you must complete the On-line Reseller Application along with faxing your Reseller/Business License and credit application to us.

SoftwareOutlet.com may require additional information, verification and/or authorization prior to processing or accepting your application. We also reserve the right to reject your application for any reason, without providing notice to you.

SoftwareOutlet.com also reserves the right to terminate an active reseller, at any time, for any reason, without notification. This includes but is not limited to purchase inactivity within a six month time frame. If you are terminated as a reseller you may reapply for reseller status and we will gladly set up a new account for you if applicable.

Upon your approval of becoming a reseller with SoftwareOutlet.com, you will receive Reseller Log-on Instructions as well as an e-mail, highlighting our offers, policies, and terms. You will then receive e-mail newsletters on a weekly basis that will include new products, specials, and any changes in policies or procedures. You may opt out of these weekly newsletters; however, we reserve the right to contact you regarding any policy changes that may take in the future if you are an active reseller of ours.

Your initial order must be for a minimum of $350. (excluding the shipping cost). Subsequent orders must be a minimum of $100 per order excluding shipping costs or there will be a $10 service charge applied to your order.

Shipping is via UPS ground. You only pay for the exact shipping charge unless you don't meet the $100 minimum order. Next Day and many other shipping options are available.

Payment can be credit card, money order COD, prepayment by check or wire transfer.

All sales are final. There are no return privileges for refunds, under any circumstance. Defective items may be returned for credit only, and will be replaced with the identical item if still available. Titles marked "OEM" are for bundled use only. Call for more information about "OEM".

To sign up, you will need a valid email account in which we can email and provide updates regarding your order. SoftwareOutlet.com Wholesale is not responsible if you do not receive important updates. You, the reseller, are responsible for your own spam/email filtering system.
