Privacy Policy SoftwareOutlet.com takes your privacy seriously. The information that we collect from you is for our own use. We do not sell or trade our customer's information. We only send our electronic discounts and special offer emails to people who have purchased from us in the past or who have signed up to be on one of our lists. If at any time, you decide you would no longer like to receive our email just send an email to remove@sowholesale.com with remove in the subject and your full name in the body of the email and we will take you off our list. Credit Card Security We make sure all transactions processed through SoftwareOutlet.com are safe by using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption standard. Use a SSL compliant browser such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Netscape's Navigator and you will be able to conduct encrypted transactions on our website. Online transactions statistically have been proven to be the safest form of credit card payment. Replacement Policy - Every product we sell is guaranteed to work. Please note: product compatibility is your responsibility. We will gladly replace any defective product with an identical product. Please! Make sure the product will work with your computer before you order. We will not replace any items due to application incompatibility. If you need to replace a product, call 1.800.230.7638 for an RMA number. Returns or replacements must take place within 30 days of the original order. All discrepancies or shortages in shipments must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Payment Methods - SoftwareOutlet.com Wholesale accepts the following forms of payment: · Visa · Master Card · Discover · American Express . Purchase Orders for schools, government institutions, and fortune 1000 companies · Money Orders and Checks are accepted for mail orders in prepaid US funds only · PayPal · Wire Transfer (please call for more details) What is CVV2? CVV2 is a new authentication scheme established by credit card companies to further efforts towards reducing fraud for internet transactions. It consists of requiring a card holder to enter the CVV2 number in at transaction time to verify that the card is on hand. This number is printed on your MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards in the signature area of the back of the card. (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card). American Express cards show the cvv2 printed above and to the right of the imprinted card number on the front of the card. Mail orders paid by money orders and cashier's checks will ship on day of deposit. Orders paid by personal & company check will ship within 10-15 days of deposit in order to allow clearance of funds. International Payment Requirements A transaction made with an international credit card must be shipped to the billing address of the card. If an international customer wants to have an order shipped somewhere other than the billing address of the card the order must be paid for using US funds. Miscellaneous Policies - All manufacturers warranties apply to the manufacturers. We do not honor special promotions, policies, rebates, or warranties from manufacturers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All products available while supplies last. Manufacturers often provide end users with the bonus of a mail-in rebate after an item is purchased. Often, the rebate is a valuable offer that significantly lowers the net cost of the product purchased. All concerns regarding any manufacturer's rebate must be communicated between the manufacturer of the software and the customer.
