About SoftwareOutlet.com
SoftwareOutlet.com started out as a very small
company. It was started by Bill McIvor after working in
the software industry for many years.
SoftwareOutlet purchases products in huge lots and sells it dirt-cheap. Our products
come from stores that go out of business, manufacture and distributor
closeouts, direct from the manufacturers and sometimes-even
auctions. All of our software
is brand new, and we always stand behind everything we sell.
We strive to keep the business on a personal level so as
to properly help our customers. We're still
open 7 days a week online, and you can talk to a human being
through our toll free number (1-800-230-7638) Monday - Friday 9 am to
5 pm PST if you have any questions.
Remember we're here to serve you, and if there's anything
we can do to help you, write or call, and we will be very happy
to help you out in any way we

any questions concerning an order, pricing, policies, shipping, products, or anything else, please

Technical support questions for software should be handled through
the respective manufacturers. Please call the manufacturer first before attempting to get
technical help from us. If you can't find the manufacturer's phone number, contact us and we will
try to get their phone number for you.

them Thurs., which I think is really great, and unusual. I got a coupon; I got a rebate (which made
one item free!), and I even got a bag of M&M's in the box with my order! WOW! I don't order much
from the Internet it makes me a little wary, but I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am

Thank you for everything; I feel you've gone beyond the call on this one and I, for one, am
extremely satisfied. I've received much more than I bargained for and could not be happier. How can
you make a profit giving away so much software? I will be watching your site for more bargains on

Please consider this e-mail a BIG THANK-YOU... I thank you for the free software, I received today
9/25, you sent and the way you handled this issue. My initial e-mail was not the nicest, nor the
rudest, after I received IBM's letter denying the rebate. The reason my e-mail was a little harsh
is because of the horror stories you here of people getting "screwed" on purchases made over the
internet. Please accept my apologies for my initial e-mail. It's to bad your company has to bear
the brunt of IBM's bad corporate policies. In closing, consider me a faithful customer, and I will
recommend your business to all my friends.
